- Why can't I see the start and finish date information in my Level 1 and Level 2 Tasks?
As level 1 and level 2 tasks are summary tasks only, the date information for these tasks is not used. This is why it has been blanked out. Level 2 tasks inherit the earliest start date and latest finish date of its level 3 tasks. Operation is the same as MS Project in this regard.
Any information you enter in a level 3 task will be automatically handled. If you need to view your level 2 and 3 start and finish dates you can do this by selecting the data sets, click on conditional formatting, manage rules, and remove this rule.
